What is CBD?
CBD is an abbreviation for Cannabidiol, a chemical compound found naturally in the cannabis plant. It is NOT mind altering like cannabis, which means CBD will NOT make you high. Over the past 40 years there have been numerous studies that highlight the potential of CBD. Researchers discovered the human Endocannabinoid System (ECS), which is the system that CBD interacts with.
Is CBD legal in my state?
All of Medix CBD products are made with CBD extracted from the industrial hemp plant. This type of hemp has less than 0.3% THC and does not alter the mind like other drugs. Medix CBD is proud to offer CBD that complies with the 2014 farm bill.
Do i need a prescription or medical card to order?
No! A medical card or prescription is not needed to place an order.
Is there THC in your products?
Medix CBD is extracted from 100% industrial hemp, which has negligible amounts of THC to begin with; less than 0.03% by weight. To take it a step further, traceable amounts of THC is removed completely in the extraction process, leaving 100% pure, natural CBD.
What are terpenes?
CBD Terpenes are oils with terpenes added. They are what give plants their specific scents. For example, the smell of flowers, fruits, and cannabis are all produced by terpenes. The terpenes in cannabis not only produce a specific aroma, but they contribute to the difference between strains of cannabis.
Is CBD psychoactive?
CBD is NOT Psychoactive like other drugs because it has less than 0.3% THC.
Will CBD get me high?
THC is the chemical that produces a “High”. CBD has less than 0.3% THC at most and is filtered out leaving 100% pure, natural CBD. Medix CBD products will NOT get you high.
Will i fail a drug test after consuming CBD?
Medix CBD has less than 0.3% THC in their products. Drug tests will not detect such low levels of THC.
What is the endocannabinod system?
The Endocannabinoid System (ECS) is a group of cannabinoid receptors in your brain and nervous system. CBD interacts with cannabinoid receptors which keeps your body in balance.

Are your products NON-GMO?
Our products are derived from hemp. In order to produce high levels of CBD, hemp must be genetically modified. This process is both healthy and necessary.
What type of extraction do you use?
To extract CBD from the hemp plant, we utilize a process in which CO2 is at a low temperature, under high pressure. This allows us to capture CO2 in a liquid state and efficiently draw the CBD and terpenes from the plant material.
How is hemp different from cannabis?
The defining difference between cannabis and hemp is the percentage of THC. Cannabis refers to strains of cannabis that contain high levels of THC. Hemp refers to strains of cannabis containing less than 0.3% THC.
What is the shelf life of Medix CBD olis?
Our products are good up to 6 to 8 months after the purchase date.
What is the difference between CBD oil and the help products found at local grocery stores?
Hemp products at the grocery store are processed from hemp seeds, which are high in protein and healthy nutrients, but contain almost no CBD oil.

What delivery carriers do you use to ship your orders?
We ship our retail orders out through USPS, but we also use UPS and FedEx to ship our Wholesale orders.
My shipping details are incorrect, can i update them?
Yes, as long as the address is fixed before the item is shipped we can adjust the shipping details it for you. If it is not, then we can have it re-shipped to the correct address for you as well.
I made a Typo in my address, can I update my address?

How long does it take to process and ship my orders?
Standard orders should be delivered within 3 to 5 business days following order confirmation. Please allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes. Shipping is available within the U.S. and standard orders can be delivered to P.O. boxes. P.O. box deliveries will be shipped via USPS. We also ship standard orders to US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, which requires additional time for delivery and may be subject to delivery restrictions based on the item type, weight and size. During high season and sale, delivery might take a little longer.
