What do the numbers mean?

Each formula has a number and a color for its need: 01 to 03 sleep and calm, 04 to 06 gut and fiber, 07 to 09 strength and recovery, 10 to 12 focus and longevity.

Which one should I start with?

Start with the first number in the need you care about most, or take the 60-second quiz.

Where are your products made?

In the USA, in FDA-registered, cGMP-compliant facilities. A Certificate of Analysis is available on request.

Can I take more than one formula?

Many people pair two formulas, which is why we offer routines. Check with your doctor before combining supplements, especially if you take medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have a medical condition.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Not yet. Sign up for our emails and we will let you know when subscribe and save opens.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on orders of $50 or more and $5.95 under $50. Express is $14.95. Orders ship in 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive 2 to 5 business days after that. We ship to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC. See our shipping policy for details.

Can I return a product?

Unopened products can be returned within 15 days of delivery, and we replace or refund anything that arrives damaged or wrong. See the refund and return policy.
